Each piece is sized as evenly as possible and rounded to the nearest pixel, so with an unusual grid count you may see a one-pixel difference between some pieces at the edges.

How are the pieces named?

Each downloaded file is named by its row and column position, like piece-r1-c1.png, so you can reassemble them in the right order afterward.

Because every tile is generated at full resolution from your source image, reassembling them later keeps the original picture's quality intact.
